Information you share
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, email address, telephone number and message. You may also provide your model choice, type of home, intended use, proposed site, number of homes and preferred timing. You can choose how you would like us to contact you. A telephone number is required for every enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Why we use your information
We use enquiries to contact you, answer questions and prepare a proposal or project arrangements at your request. The basis is taking steps before a possible contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in responding to a general enquiry.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing. We ask separately for permission to measure optional contact-click statistics.

Security and abuse prevention
Technical data helps secure the website and limit automated submissions. A temporary hashed sender identifier may be used for that purpose. Form contents and raw IP addresses must not enter application logs or analytics. Necessary security relies on our legitimate interest in providing a safe service.

Who has access
Authorised staff handle enquiries. Service providers may process data for hosting, the database, backups or email. Before production use, these providers, their locations and any transfers outside the EEA must be confirmed and suitable agreements recorded.
No Google measurement or advertising tags are active by default. If these are configured later, the cookie policy must identify the services used.

Retention
The intended policy for enquiries without a contract, necessary contact notes and the shared notification content is 24 months after the last substantive contact, or earlier when the purpose ends. An automatic delivery attempt, status change or internal note does not extend that period. Ongoing projects are reviewed separately. Contract, handover, warranty, dispute and fiscal records receive a suitable separate retention period and, where necessary, a scoped retention hold with a review date.
Individual click records are excluded from active reporting after 90 days and removed in the daily cleanup. Daily totals are removed after 24 calendar months. An outage can delay physical deletion; expired data remain excluded from reporting. Longer retention of identifiable statistics is not enabled.
Technical security logs have a separate period of up to 30 days, except necessary incident records with their own review. The form security token lasts 24 hours, the receipt cookie 10 minutes and your cookie choice 180 days. These periods do not extend customer records.
Operational recovery backups have a proposed separate rolling cycle of 35 days, with encryption and restricted access. Deleted data may remain in a backup during that cycle. Deletion decisions are reapplied before a restored system returns to use. Mailbox copies and local exports are managed separately; database cleanup does not automatically remove them. The controller must adopt this intended policy before processing real data.

Cookies and your choice
Necessary storage supports your cookie choice, enquiry receipt and security. The optional Analytics category is off by default. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. The cookie policy lists the specific storage used by this website.

WhatsApp, telephone and email
Contact links open a service or app you choose. A WhatsApp link passes the selected model name when you open it. This website does not load a WhatsApp chat widget or social feed. Your chosen external service also has its own privacy terms.

Contact records and notifications
Authorised staff may record an assignee, follow-up action and necessary manual contact notes with your enquiry. Each designated recipient receives a notification of the same enquiry. A saved enquiry, sent notification and actual contact are separate events. Access is limited to authorised staff; arrangements for the service providers and mailbox copies are recorded separately.

Measured contact clicks
With your Analytics permission, we measure clicks on telephone, email and WhatsApp links on our own server. We use these data to understand how our contact options are used and investigate measurement errors. The records contain the click type, page and placement, language, optional model, time and a random event code. We do not link them to your enquiry or a visitor profile. Individual click records are deleted after 90 days in our daily cleanup; aggregated daily totals are deleted after 24 months. A click does not prove a call, sent message or enquiry. After you withdraw permission, we do not send new or previously queued click measurements.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. Where applicable, you may object or request data portability. Optional cookie permission can be withdrawn in Cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@hollandtinyhouses.nl. We may request appropriate information to verify your identity; do not send identity documents without being asked.

Contact us with questions about data use. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. Required form fields are needed to handle your enquiry; you can also contact us by telephone.

Changes
This version is dated 21 October 2026. A substantive change to optional processing requires a new choice before measurement starts. This enquiry form does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated profiling.
