Holland Tiny Houses terms and conditions

Draft for review before publication. This text describes the intended website processing. Final service providers, retention policy and project terms must be confirmed before launch.

01

Definitions

Holland Tiny Houses means the supplier identified in the quotation and contract. The client is the person or organisation placing the order. Model images and illustrative furnishings do not independently define the supply.

02

Identity

Holland Tiny Houses, Tappersweg 58, 2031 EV Haarlem, Chamber of Commerce number 72534257, info@hollandtinyhouses.nl, +31 6 55 98 37 61. Legal identity and contract particulars must be checked before final terms are used.

03

Application

Final terms must be supplied before a contract is concluded in a form the client can retain. This draft does not silently become part of an enquiry.

04

Quotations

A quotation describes the model, specification, included work, price, validity and relevant conditions. The website provides no fixed prices or guaranteed availability.

05

Contract formation

A website enquiry is not an order, reservation or purchase contract. The final offer must state how and when a contract is concluded.

06

Specification and dimensions

The agreed specification and drawings define the supply. Virtual-showroom reconstruction dimensions are not construction drawings. Final dimensions of the second chalet have not yet been published.

07

Illustrative furnishings

Loose furniture, bedding and the virtual setting may be illustrative. The quotation must identify what is actually supplied. Natural materials can vary in colour and pattern.

08

Changes

Changes to layout, specification or work must be discussed and confirmed in writing, including any effect on price and timing. This draft sets no surcharges.

09

Price and payment

Amounts, taxes, payment dates and any deposit must be set out in the final offer. This draft does not set payment percentages or amounts.

10

Timing

Production, transport and placement schedules are agreed per project. This website gives no guaranteed lead time. Final arrangements must address changes or delays.

11

Location and use

Site suitability and permitted use must be checked. Presenting a tiny house or chalet does not guarantee permission for permanent residence, leisure use or placement at a particular site.

12

Permits

Agree in advance who checks and arranges permits, notifications, consents and local requirements. This draft does not automatically assign that responsibility to either party.

13

Ground and support

Load-bearing conditions, ground, foundations or support are coordinated for the specific home and site. Responsibilities and preparation must be recorded in the contract.

14

Utilities

Discuss water, electricity, drainage and any other connections. The quotation must state included work and connection points and who performs any remaining work.

15

Transport

The route, access, vehicles and any special equipment are coordinated in advance. Transport costs and responsibilities belong in the final offer.

16

Placement

Lifting, positioning and connection methods and responsibilities must be agreed in advance. Access to a safe, prepared placement area forms part of that coordination.

17

Handover

At handover, the home and agreed work are reviewed. Project arrangements must define how any remaining points are recorded and handled.

18

Risk and ownership

Transfer of risk and ownership, and any retention of title, require a separate final agreement. This draft does not restrict mandatory consumer protection.

19

Conformity and warranty

The home must meet the contract and applicable statutory rights remain. Additional commercial warranties may be stated only when their terms are confirmed. This draft does not invent warranty periods.

20

Complaints

Report an issue to info@hollandtinyhouses.nl with a clear description and relevant project details. A complaints procedure and any reasonable deadlines must be reviewed before final use; statutory rights remain.

21

Cancellation and withdrawal

Cancellation arrangements and statutory withdrawal rights depend on the contract and how it is concluded. Choosing options does not automatically make a product legally bespoke. This draft sets no exception or cancellation fee.

22

Force majeure

Any force-majeure provision must carefully describe circumstances and consequences while preserving applicable statutory rights. This draft provides no blanket exemption from obligations.

23

Liability

Any liability arrangements must suit the work, insurance and applicable law. No liability caps or exclusions are set here. Mandatory consumer rights must not be restricted.

24

Images and privacy

Photographs, designs and text are not automatically transferred for other uses. Agreements about project imagery and personal data must be clear and separate. Website enquiries are covered by the privacy information on this website.

25

Law, disputes and version

Applicable law and dispute resolution require legal review before final use, particularly for international supply. Mandatory consumer protection remains. This is the draft dated 16 October 2026, not a final set of sales terms.
